Discus Fish require higher temperature than other fish.best temperature is 82 to 88 degrees.adult fish require 10 gallons per fish then if you can use higher than 55 gallon fish tank that’s better.best PH level is 5.0 to 5.5 , low PH level greatly any chances of bacterial problem’s.you must use covered aquarium for that one.because of that one is jumper.
That species young fish require mineral salts for tissue and bone development.maintain a 70 to 125 conductivity level best for adult one.water change depend several factors fish amount , type of food and volume & Filtration type.large water change is best but if you can’t change of at 25 to 30 percent twice weekly.
